Mr Vinoth, If someone is posting a review here that too in detail they need not be a competitor. A person who has lost his money and would like others to not do the same mistake will do so. I have lost my money. I have posted the same review in all consumer complaints section.

Assisted property is waste Hi Nermai, Even I have faced the same issue in chennai and I have lost my money. Once you register for paid service their customer service is worst to the core. no matching properties shared. Just sharing junk properties to show numbers. waste service. fraud guys.

Specify the state/city you got the good service then recommend to your friends. I have enrolled in chennai and its a complete waste. The properties they have shared are very much available in the india property open site itself.

Happy that they provided good service in Ameerpet. But in chennai their service is totally waste and they dont respond properly. @siddharth412: Yeah for me too its strange! After so much research on best DTH service I have zeroed in TATASKY! But fed up when my problem took 14days to get resolved. It was resolved only because of my daily call to the customer care team! Then again out of 14 days they have extended service only ...for 10days stating policy! Bitter experience for me!
