My Tatasky Subscriber ID : 1099718023. I have got this connection 3 months back. It started of well with a connection very next day of my call. First 2 months it was fine. I have paid Rs3000 for getting this connection. Mine is HD setup box. Into the third month on 18th April 2013 my setup box stopped working. Complaint registered on the same day. Work order no:1-20104468038.
I have clearly communicated them about my availability at home for technician visit. Even then the technicians had called me when I am not available at home. So no process on 19th, 20th. 21st also no one has approached me to solve this. Again I have called them and they have sent a technician on 22nd Apr 2013. He came in after much hesitation and found that the setup box is not working. He promised me that he will bring an alternate one on 23rd Apr 2013 and brought too. But again that is also not working. He had committed to close this issue before 26th Apr 2013 but no response.
From 27th Apr 2013 I am calling the customer service daily but of no use. Finally today I have got a technician came in with new HD setup box and found that too not working. Inbetween I have requested them for a REFUND for which they have refused. The problem is prolonging for 13 days now and its not solved till today (1st May 2013). They are not solving the problem also not refunding too. I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OF TATASKY. Now I am looking for a refund with which I can change my service provider.Looking for a help.
