hi kunal very informative review of my review ! have u driven a BMW M3, Nissan Skyline GTR, Audi A4, Porsche 911 Targa, ............I could go on and on but what's the point...I have . I agree you are possessive about your new SX4...it is natural. The SX4 is a mini SUV abroad..it is also known... as the Fiat Sedici..it is not a sedan originally..that's why the raised suspension...please take a corner at 120kmph and you will know what I am talkin' about. Next year the SX4 will come fitted with the Fiat Multijet 1.9 diesel engine which Maruti is making under license in Manesar..the diesel engine fitted in the Swift is actually a Fiat 1.3 Multijet..which Suzuki calls the DDIs..it is the best small diesel engine in the world. When I bought the Palio in 2001.it had options for ABS and airbags !!!!! it had a 32 bit microprocessor !!! an inertial fuel cut off switch!!! hydraulic tappets which do not need any adjustments!!!!! a subframe mounted suspension !!! having driven a lot of cars and being a total car freak, I was looking for a stylish, sturdy, smooth and spacious hatch...mileage was not a priority..if u like cars u will know why. Fiat screwed up with their marketing and after sales support..that's why they lost. Right now the fastest growing car company in Europe is Fiat...check out their latest smash hits. Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Lancia are all Fiat Companies !!! No doubt your SX4 is good and value for money..I quite like it myself..but I need a bigger car. Right now I own Fiat Palio..and a Swift VDi….i need something like the Skoda Laura but it is priced quite high…maybe in another two year’s time there will be more choices. Cheers And Happy driving Enjoy your SX4 Regards Read More

hey, i seriously believe you cannot compare the Endeavour to the Laura..the reason being they are two different types of vehicles...a SUV versus a sedan. The Laura makes 105 bhp, but its torque is fantastic @ 250nm. Anyways I have reason to believe Fords tend to get maintenance heavy from the 400...00kms mark..I've been carrying out my own little research. I would of course be happy to be proved wrong..then i can hop along and get a Fiesta TDCI..also I took a friend's Fiesta 1.4 EXI on a longish drive, tho the car was fantastic regarding handling and ride quality and refinement..I could discern a lack of lumbar support and felt the seats were a bit on the smaller side..thigh support too was lacking as was shoulder room...these do make a considerable difference when you drive 4 to 5 hours at a stretch...my aging Palio was fantastic in this regard. still would consider the Fiesta for its refinement and low running costs..why can't they plonk in some airbags !!!?Read More

hello i would rather consider the fiesta tdci myself...how do you rate the maintenance and dealer service...i believe these are Ford's Achilles Heel..please let me know..else my next target is a Skoda Laura..a very substantial jump !!

I drove the SX4 extensively before posting this review. I am a car buff and I test almost all the new cars on the roads, let's leave aside the Rolls, Porsche and stuff ! I am in the market for a good C segment car..to upgrade from my much loved but aging Fiat Palio. The SX4 looks substa...Read more
