I will suggest you to close this service....becoz currently i have shifted to new location and hav given request for closer..they have just logged the complaint and not doing anything.they will keep sending you bill even if you are not using it and will never disconnect ur connection.I am suffering ...from mental harrassment becoz I have heard from my friend that they will not disconnect and then will arrange a call from legal team or lawyer for the payment even if u had made the payment.Read More

My ID is 1112756789....today also i have spoken with 2 agents Swapnil and Amrita and have asked to give call to senior management.Earlier they promised that senior person will call in an hours time but not received call from them....This is my last request to you people to resolve my issue and send ...tech today itself...else will send mail to CEO Mr.Prakash Bjpai.Let him also know the kind of poor service you provide and the level of harassment in these 4 months.Read More
