you must be 1 in a million. ARAMEX is a big fraud company. Only if people could sue them in india to get justice., then the company would have closed down !

one more ! I have one more parcel that I have to receive by aramex . The parcel was given to aramex on 11june... After numerous follow-ups they updated the status as ''Shipment Received at Origin Facility '' on 18th June. THIS MEANS AFTER 7 DAYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE THE LINK BELOW FOR... See guys , A live example of ARAMEX. Their representative has asked for details(showing concern) on 13th and I have replied in an hour with the waybill number. After that its 1 day already and still no response from them ! Their customer care is still facing the same problem ! So from past two... days their customer care is telling me that their systems are down and please bare with them, and call them after 1 hour ! PLEASE AVOID THIS HOAX COMPANY !
