Ok, there is an update! Today I got a call from one their customer care representatives. He was skirting the main issues of delay in shipping and the overcharging by the company. Was apologizing for the inconvenience caused but was not able to give any commitment on how are they planning to reso...lve the issues. Basically trying to get away with saying a plain sorry! He also requested me to remove this review from mouthshut. I still have not received the phone and am now considering dragging them to court. I request all the people who are affected by this SGS II scam by letsbuy to come forward and voice their concerns on mouthshut, twitter, facebook, etc. Negative reviews on all all forums possible is my current goal. We should force them to compensate in some way or the other. It does affect them if we all decide to campaign and ask our friends to boycott their site for online purchases.
