I can't comment/advise on individual projects of Expat, but have shared my experience for one of their projects. @adwords, You seem to be from Expat, so here is my line by line response to you. We are unsure about the comments you have made in this forum, as we... could not trace your specific complaint in our official records. Response: And what exactly is that official record you are referring to? How do I get there ? I had called up my RM literally dozens of time, isn't that enough? Your posting also does not carry your contact details for us to respond effectively. Reponse: That's deliberate.
