No one answers the contact number after you have cancelled the order for refund. and no refund has come. Will never even in my dreams think of getting anything from here.

finally after trying 50 times in the second scenario mentioned could order the hard disk after 5 hour, with the 2 k offer applied and selected cash on delivery but cancelled the order afterwards as was not sure if they would give the cash back, not taking any chances with them, as in many reviews th...e customers service team only say that the promo code was not applied so cannot provide you the cash back after they have made the full payment and received the product. and also the customer care executive said clearly that cash back will not be received if there is any issue.
Any body wishes to order anything please check out their facebook page once and you'll never dream of using their service. Its a payment service and money keeps disappearing from peoples wallets, there are so many persons reporting this. This is not good or secure payment optionsRead More

And as for Mouthshut please do not put issue resolved tags for persons who do not have time for revisiting often gives a bad impression of yourselves, can just keep the a tag saying did not respond for resolutions, as many persons just come to give their experience that the had, and also some to rem...ove their anger, Yes in some cases they do, and if you are keeping an issue resolved tag then it seems you are mocking their feelings, do not do that, this sways away people from you too.Read More

just to add for you to get a clear picture just check the analyse ratings for you, check 2012 where were you and 2014 you'll be able to convey your seniors if they bother where snapdeal stands now.
