Poor quality hardware and service

I think product supplied in India by Apple are inferior in quality. Mine iPad2 died with 2 months and I can say for sure that replacement they gave was a refurbished one because battery life is poor in the replacement ipad.

I do not agree that futurebazaar is upto the mark. They are not cheats but they lack knowledge of the products they are selling. because of this customers face the problems
