Future Bazaar is still my favourite site when it comes to shopping online. I have also become a victim of Customer Service of Future Bazaar, if not satisfied by Monday (The final date given by them) I am planning to go the Court of Law for their misdeeds. The service from Future Bazaar used to be the best once upon a time now it has become the worst because of the incompet...ent Customer Service Staff. On this very forum I had written once, ''Future Bazaar is the real Future of Online Shopping'', now I am afraid it is following the path of India Times Shopping which got diminished because of its customers' dissatisfaction. So far I have no knowledge about their management system but I have given a try to get justice from them as well..will wait and watch until Monday, thereafter I'll write a Review depending on their response. I still hope if the Management can bring about a radical change in their customer Service, Future Bazaar can come back to its original track.Read More

I was informed by SBI, Gangtok Branch, that the delay was caused by Union Bank of India in transferring my money back to SBI Gangtok Brach.The money debited from my B...ank Account despite failed transaction could be as result of Government’s decision to allow the customers to make use of any ATMs of all Banks, PSU or Private, free of cost.Read More
