Reliance Data Card

I had sent the email to the customer care but no reply Nothing is being done about my problem, what is the status??? I think it is much safer and hassle free to disconnect this data card and go for a new connection. There are other companies giving this service with a good customer service and qu...ick resolution. I did not except such a kind of service and from a company which has goodwill in the market. I was assured a call back from the technical department but that was also a false hope given to me. I think that you guys are not in a position of resolving my query because nothing can be done about it. I trusted your company and went in for the data card with one of your high end data plans, even i am ready to put my trust and be your customer you guys do not know how to retain it. I was not getting a resolution on the call and now on the mail i am getting standard replies. I would agree the speed of the data card is bull shit....Reliance is cheating people and taking their money...........people do not buy it is a total waste
