Ford Fiesta

Took some time off to drive City and Fiesta last weekend. Here is what I discovered: 1. Drove thru few pot holes and road with only pot holes. FIESTA: Fantastic suspension no problems with road grip and handling. CITY VTEC: Suspension great. EPS is too smooth. Beware of wheel alignment pro...blems. But the sales guys said it would harden at higher speeds (did not test) 2. Starting torque FIESTA: OK City VTEC: OK 3. Transmission FIESTA: Not very smooth CITY VTEC: Very smooth 4. Interiors FIESTA: Well done ford. Except positioning of indicator knob and bonet knob (why is it on passengers side ?!) CITY: Good. Dash is superb. But, expected more. 5. Door Handles (I have to mention) FIESTA: Chrome (not sure of the material) City VTEC: Certainly could have been D-Segment type. 6. Boot Space: Looks ok for me in both cars 7. Price factor: FIESTA: ~7.95 CITY VTEC: ~9.3 Fiesta would kill City here with almost all features + an optional ABS. Hope this helps. /NarenRead More
