Owner is a 'Cheater' and will sell you products at higher price! Sells duplicate parts. Beware of buying motorcycle parts from them. Will fool you by charging higher, selling duplicate parts and then, won't entertain you at all if you go back with complaint! Will shoo you away! I had to wait for 5 workings days and still didn't received my product. After chasing them a lot for the delivery status of my product, I than finally received my Ferrari Perfume and that too defective!!! Than what was the whole point of awaiting for so many days and waste time?

Dear Mouthshut visitors, I do not buy the comments made by Khushroo of Trust factor as I have received a defective Ferrari Black Perfume product from Fetise. I had checked the price of Jaguar Black & Classic which is costing at Rs. 1’825 on Fetise however; the same is being sold at Perfume2Order....com for Rs. 1325 and is now Rs. 1’514 b’coz of last piece being left. Fetise not only cheats in terms of best price in the market but also sells duplicate product like in my case. I would like to ask Kushroo since he talks so much about the trust factor that he has on Fetise.com; how come my Ferrari black perfume turned out to be duplicate (as the product after applied with minimum of 7 sprays doesn’t last even for 30mins). How will a buyer have a confidence on such bogus company when they deal into duplicate products.Read More

I understand that this way of commenting is not good on a continuous basis and I do respect other’s comments as well but the way Neha commented immediately after my comments: ’’Fetise Retail Pvt Ltd I am very much impressed with the companies standard’’ cannot neglect the ...fact that I had a tough time with this company such that I had to term them as ’’FRAUD’’ which is such A SHAME for Fetise who have newly come into this business and has earned a negative feedback from its customer.
If Neha is so confident on Fetise, than my repeated emails, SMS and the recent email still hasn’t been replied to by Fetise.... why? Does she have an answer to provide being happily boasting of Fetise.
So, I challenged her and I won it b’coz so far, I haven’t received reply on my email sent and Fetise has already been chased in this regards from over a month but to vain. This is what Neha calls as: “i have got best services from them. Well done guys!! Keep going.....” Oh yes, keep going for not taking my issue seriously, fooling around with me by their teenagers when called up and finally, harassing me.
I would like to again mention that visitors (going through the below comments and the one I posted) are smart enough to decide by themselves, I need not require to direct them.

As you mentioned: “Each person has there opinion..and can post here...” - I definitely agree that everybody has a freedom to post their opinions over here but at the end of the day, even I ‘m a customer so I feel that Neha’s positive experience with Fetise might divert other customer’s... thoughts towards Fetise b’coz this fact of mine cannot be neglected that I’ve had an extremely bad experience. This also shows that others receiving a fair service from Fetise is an injustice done to me. If her experience was good than why my wasn’t? I feel at times it is better to visit a shop that can give you samples of Pefume as a tester to feel it hands on before purchase. One can purchase according to its taste and personality. That's probably a perfect way to buy a perfume. The end result should be satisfactory for a buyer.

Sorry but I disagree to the fact you mentioned that I am a crook. B’coz I am a customer who has paid his hard earned money to purchase a world known branded perfume from Ferrari and a crook can never be a buyer but will always be a seller who is at the receiving end of earning money. I purchased Fer...rari perfume which failed terribly and Fetise on the other hand has taken NO initiatives at all to replace or refund my money. They also aren’t bothered to answer my emails or SMS and you say that I am a crook? I believe that it is very important to explain such bad experiences Iike the one I faced on the internet so that others in this world can be protected from being victimized of such fraud company like Fetise. But it looks to me that you don’t have the caliber to understand it. And it isn’t about Rs. 1’600/- only but is about my hard earned money and the product purchase in its exchange needs to work as expected which it didn’t. I have commented based on true facts and you on the other hand is trying to misguide consumers by indirectly opposing my comments. I feel you are a kind of a person for whom money holds no respect or value in your life.
I also suggest that you are required to attend a school to learn spellings & get them spelled correctly > “to post such essays which u have return’’. It is not return but is “written”. And look at your grammar when you mentioned: “’I just got big laugh while reading...’’ Oh yes? I want to buy a small laugh…can you tell me from where I can purchase it and what will be its cost? If I as an outsider would have to go through this positive review, than I would definitely doubt why others had to face problems from this company if it is so good and has received compliments. Than according to me, this is nothing but merely a plastic face that the company Fetise moves around with....
A company who can sell poor quality products and in their after sales service, they completely behave irresponsibly with no interest to assist the customer, than such bad practices aren’t acceptable at all!
It shows that they have delibrately done this else their after sales service should have been prompt and effective.Read More

I personally feel that b'coz this customer of Fetise received a good service from Fetise does not mean and agreed that Fetise is the best when it comes to the quality of products sold by them or to praise about their after sales service which is terrible as I experienced. I feel people are intellige...nt by themselves to decide whose review holds more weightage & take their decisions effectively. At times, such positive reviews creates a good chance of diverting the genuine buyers towards wrong direction and create misconception that Fetise is a good company to deal with& that it has that quality level needed to please its customers & I therefore feel this is absolutely unfair. If Fetise in time would have supported me, I would have not ended up posting a negative review for them.
