I am here to warn about this company called as Fetise Retail India Pvt Ltd. based at: Shop no 11, Anchal Giri Bldg, Bhayander(W) Mumbai-401101.This small scale company sells products such as Perfumes, Sunglasses, Clothes, Wirst watch, leather bags at discounted prices. I purchased Ferrari black perfume which completely failed to work. Everybody knows that the company Ferrari is a world famous highly reputed brand.
The Ferrari black perfume Fetise delivered to me has completely failed to perform. The lasting of the perfume doesn’t stay even for 30 mins. I used atleast 8 sprays till max (whereas it is being said that only 4 sprays a day are enough) but to no avail. I am highly confident that they have cheated me by selling me this imitation product. When contacted, they are not taking the product back nor giving me any refund.The people answering the call are teenagers who make fun on calls, lie at times, and failed to recognize customers at times.
When told that I have sent them an email& explaining them the entire story, they them come back to square one and ask: “Which email…” which means they treat our calls as some sort of fun. They neither take yr issues nor you seriously. They have been sent an SMS also for twice but they have not been responding to it which shows that this is some type of fraud company who are trying to make out money from different people through their "Lucrative offers and discounts", atleast that's what happend with me & I became their victim by falling into their good discount on Ferrari perfume trap.STAY AWAY from Fetise, DON’T by products from this cheap & pathetic company – They are crooks. The customer service are idiots & will torture you a lot with their ruthless and impractical answers!!!!
