I am using this card from two years & was very satisfied with it. But things changed now-a -days. They withdrawn benefits like Fuel Surcharge waiver & limited the 10% cashback to first 5 transaction that too only if monthly billing stmt crosses 5000rs. Once the cheque dropped at their ATM for paymen...t took more then 10 days for credit. Still using the same card but getting some what dissatisfied with the withdrawal of benefits.Read More

@jubanband On IRCTC you can book ticket using kotak card through any gateway normally (like how you use other cards) and Kotak will revert back the 2% or something surcharge in a week which you can see in your monthly statement
