Good observation raghu. 1.To clarify, i did indeed shift to Tata sky recently, the reason for stating to be a user for last 2 months is that it is being used at one of my relatives place. Moreover, please go by the the comments i've posted, which i have tried to do in an unbiased manner. 2. As... per your view that i am an employee of tata sky, i don't think the manamgement of both the companies ever bother to read these pages, otherwise they would have taken at least some effort to improve on their weak points. 3. As for your doubts regarding my accessing the customer care within 15 days, i had to contact them for clarifying about the payment to be made for the extra wiring, since the payment is not collected by their service engineers who do the installation. Here's the update: The box was returned to my home WITHOUT BEING REPAIRED AND THE VIEWING CARD MISSING. Customer care people suggest buying a new viewing card and the service manager suggests to buy a new set top box. Great company guys!! Anyways, i'm shifting to tata sky.

On the contrary madam, i believe if you don't have any problem with them, then it's YOU who is an exception case. Don't go by my post, read what most of the others have to say.

I agree too. It is not worth it. You'll spend more in phone bills trying to connect to customer than the monthly subscription charge. See my post.

All the people criticizing this post here obviously aren't DishTv users. Folks, try it to believe it. We'll see what you have to say when you bump your heads with those morons at customer 'care' .
