try mailing them at cust care My problem was solved after that only dun go through the dealers ( THEY ARE BIG SHITHEADS) My mail was forwarded to their center in noida n then some senior chap called up n rectified the fault.

IF YOU PEOPLE HAVE SUCH PROBLEMS TRY MAILING THEM AT Customercare . I RECIEVED 3-4 CALLS TODAY , APOLOGIES N SUGESTIONS. EVEN FROM THE HEAD OFFICE IN DELHI try mailing they will give you a compalint number you have a proof of your complaint and some action will surely occur And you migh...t get someone from management to help[ you n not these dealers( as i got in my case now) and im stilll pursuing the complaint to reach the bosses via them WITCHDOCTORRead More
