Do not get fooled by "30 day replacement policy"

Well. Looks like I did not learn from my mistake! Again got lured by a 'good offer' on infibeam.com and bought an oppo F1 ( order id 17863867) . The max shipping date was 13th feb which they failed as usual. Now I have contacted them over phone and email for order cancellation. All they say is they... have taken down the request and coveyed to the 'concerened department ' for order cancellation and once they get any confirmation, they will revert me back! My question is is, in this ecomm age, when other etailers are cancelling the order instantaneously even when the product is ahipped, how long does it take to cencel an order for infibeam? It is more like that they are wrongfully holding on to the money I paid to them. Not sure when is the issue going to sort.Read More
