http://www.Housefull.com- another name in the list of fraud e-commerce websites operating in India. I really curse myself that I got lured by whooping discounts on products on their website and made a mistake. I bought a wardrobe from their website on 24th March and got an email that their "committed delivery date" is 13th April 2014 (HDC number 9959/2014/1832).
When I asked for a tracking ID, their asst manager ecommerce Mr Anand confirmed that no tracking id is required and confirmed that the product will be delivered by 13th. Then when I did not receive any further intimation/call till 8th April, I again reached out to them and they again confirmed that the delivery date is 13th April. On 11th April, when we called their customer care, they bluntly said that the delivery will be made by 16th April 2014! The delivery date got extended without even informing us.
Now today is 16th April and even after a number of phone calls and emails, they still did not deliver the wardrobe! In this process, I might have made at least 10-15 STD calls and now I am really fed up. Now I am asking them to cancel the order and refund the money!
I was a real mistake for me to chose them, I am totally irritated by their service.
Worthless!
