The same is the case with me too! I am also stuck with the HD package. And they say that I can not switch to non-HD packages!

Try to switch off (including main power) and restart the set top box. It works for me.

I am also facing the same problem. I raised request for installation on 30th May. I was told that it will be done within 72 hrs. I am still waiting!
