We got dish TV connection in may (when we bought LCD) after a month we wanted to change the package to "Pick by Channel". I must say that the service is pathetic.
Customer support is just for namesake. They never return the calls, nor are bothered about the brand image they are building. We have changed to TATA sky now. Rates on DISH TV are just double.
They are mincing money from customers.
DO NOT GO FOR DISH TV.
