it was resolved only after i had complained about the company and its practices in Consumer Resource & Grievance Redressal System at http://core.nic.in/

Hi too have received the same fake product and AskmeBazzar representatives are not willing to log my complaint as I did not inform them within 24 hrs. You can file complaint against them at http://www.core.nic.in/complainant/clogin.aspx , this is consumer courts online site. I have already filed one against them and you will get a response very soon.
