I have purchased a power bank from this online retailer, the team works behind do not deserve to do such business. Very poor packing, fake items, wrong pricing and pathetic service.


DO NOT BUY anything from this site/retailer. believe me you will only regret, unless very lucky!Toll free number and email response are zero/no use/not helpful to a customer. Disgusting communication skills(unless you get 1 good representative i.e. 1 in a 1000 ratio)


I am writing this after 2-months of suffering and loosing hope to get my money back.

I have ordered a'MI-10400mah power bank' at 699/- which is a fake and returned the item to the reverse-pickup person(ref. 363411634754) my complaint numbers. QRC176372, QRC245959, QRC494622


My order number AB1397919 Your earlier information is lost every time you call, the person can only forward your requests/complaints to the higher/concern dept. which/who never addresses it. no supervisor attends to your'cry'.being busy all the time(naturally. there must be plethora of such cases)


I must say this.i done a big mistake by choosing 'askmebazaar' help me push this matter till the manager's bell is rung.
