Mr Pradski...thanks for your honest reply. I neither own this car and nor am i a fiat fan. I was just asking you to classify your reviews based on good and bad features so that it can help prospective buyers thats all...you have all the right to criticize as you're owning and driving this car.

Update on the 300kms drive i did between Bangalore and Mysore last saturday in a single day. We were only 2 in the car with minimal luggage. As you know the road between these 2 cities is pretty good and one can do good speeds as well. I was able to touch a top speed of 130kmph at one ins...tance. Apart from this i did 120kmph many times for short distances. My average speed must have been 80kmph. I found the handling and cornering was good. The car was stable at those speeds and braking was not a problem either. I only used the AC intermittently. I was able to cover the distance of 140kms one way in about 2 hours and 30 mins with a break included. Mileage - I filled up the tank fully before departing. Did the journey roundtirip and i had covered 322 kms overall. After this i filled up the tank again. This time it took 19.5 litres of petrol for Rs. 1110 at the rate of Rs 57.17 per litre in Bangalore. So overall i got a mileage of = 322/19.5 = 16.51 kms per litre. Hope this number helps. I will update the mileage after i measure the same in city traffic conditions.Read More

you are right that the OTR price for i10 1.2L is over 5 lacs. I got Rs. 30k corporate discount and hence i went ahead with the car. One of the reasons why i bought i10 1.2L

i dont think 4.7 is too much for a small car like i10 when it comes with all the goodies and gives a good mileage and also lets u drive on the highways once in a while. Buying sedan makes sense at 6.5 lacs...Pls note that i drive everyday and almost do 1200 to 1400 kms per month...A sedan will not b...e economical for me considering the daily driving hassles, mileage etc...and i was not prepared to stretch my budget and nor was inclined to go for a diesel vehicle.Read More

I have almost driven 3, 500+ kms now. I have measured the fuel economy several times in the city. I have never got a mileage of more than 12 kms/ltr till date. This is driving without A/C most of the time in the city roads. Even after the first service, I do not see any perceptible increase i...Read more
