What I found with 500Kms Drive from Hyderabad

good review. u did not mention the exact mileage you got in the trip. to share my views: (i do not own this car yet) - car has tall gearing paving way for fuel efficiency and hence you will not get the instant reaction to throttle (like in santro) - car is heavier (being a top end version - 95...0 kgs) and it will drag down the performance a bit. - car should have equipped with ABS and hence braking worries would not have come to you. - boot is locked along with the doors. so once u r in the car, if u lock the driver side door, boot should also get locked. also, if u lock and leave the car, it locks the boot as well. this is as per the spec. of magna and magna (o). hope u had a good drive. - sad to see a/c taking a bit of engine power. but u can not help it in a 1 ltr engine. i could see that this car is ideal for city driving, occasional long drives and good fuel efficiency.Read More

Tips on Modifications and Enhancement in Cars

Thanks for your comment. Now I have driven close to 3000 kms after tyre change. I could consistently get 12kmpl in city with a/c. Tyre performance is intact and in fact led to absolute stop during 2 emergency braking conditions. i did not hit the car standing in front of me but could see that cars b...ehind me hit the bumper of my car as they could not have same grip level. This is the only complaint I have against these tyres - that they give superb grip whereas other tyres dont give and hence i meet accidents twice after changing the tyre. Anyways, too happy with the tyre ER60 Bridgestone Turanza. Would recommend this tyre to all. I heard that this particular tyre would soon become OEM tyre for few car mfgrs in India.
