Readers, you still have lot more to know the Benefits of using Reliance. The customer support had committed over email and phone calls that they will wavered OFF the money for 4 days when the network was not working but all can be done after the payment of bill. Now after paying the amount they are ...saying when did they say soo and we didnt commit any such rule. People like us as customers are seems to be idiots for them. I hope Reliance doesn't have money to run there business so thats why taking money from people. Its better they can go and BEG....!!!!!!Read More

All, dont jump into this drainage called 'Reliance' as money spend on here is going to be waste as i did. Also the time you spend in complaints/calls all will be in vain. I have already raised more than 50 complaints as of now.and the customer supports before payment of bill will say they will reso...lve the issues. After payment of bill they will say it will take sometime to resolve. and whole of the month you will not use the internet. but you will get the bill for the month.... Now i understood how Reliance is running the business by not having any network they will get the money... because we people are here STILL BELIEVING THAT RELIANCE IS GOOD.... BUT NOW YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH AS I DID. I dont want anybody else also to suffer as i did thats why wanted to post you all this.Read More

Now after i pay the bill amount, customer service is saying that they can't resolve the network issue as its cost effective for the company. Really a b*** s*** reasons telling by such people sitting in the service. I have never ever saw such service in my life... giving all false sales.
