he infrastructure is the same in Bangalore - so my guess is that the NCR managerment is at fault. They should be sacked.

Last month someone from the Airtel collection department or some collection agent called me up and said my payment was due. So I asked them if they could send an executive to collect a cheque. They sent a guy - I made out a cheque - bur he gave me a wrong account number and the Airtel folks put it o...n someone else's bill. So later I called them up and customer service told me that they have solved the issue. But since then the Airtel collection keep calling me and telling me different bill amounts.
