I ordered for airtel 699 unlimited plan 4 months ago.The engineer came and installed some anti virus softwares on my system while installation without me knowing that it would be charged.
When I got the first bill, I was under shock.For a 699 plan, the bill was 3600 Rs! They had charged for some software installations without me knowing. After that, they never let me in peace, i called their corporate office.Even after getting the extra bill waived off, they
Kept harassing me on phone.The customer care executives are not in sync with the database.Different executives kept telling me different amount of bills.Without informing in advance, they held my connection off. They kept sending their collection officers.Now I have discontinued with them and switched to MTNL. Airtel broadband su*ks! I was harassed for about 3-4 months and I have told them that I don't want their services, still they keep coming to my house, requesting for a settlement.
