I booked flat in Wonder Futura Phase-1. They promised possession in March 2006 and still they haven't given the possession in Dec 2006. I read in Mid-day that they are involved in some mess with PMC about building on the land reserved for police station. The management is crappy and the builder hims...elf is never available.
