Airtel digital TV customer support is pathetic and they really fleece people to some extent.I also bought a secondary connection, first they asked me to deposit 1000 in my airtel digital tv account.When i called again they told that the information provided to me was not correct i have to buy an act...ivation voucher again for Rs.999 from any dealer.They offered me a zee cinema pack but it never worked.Their is no acknowledgement on mail what the customer care promises and every time you call you will be directed to a new person who would not know what hell you had been through.We need a regulator like TRAI on these services to rein in these operatorsRead More
