yes bsnl is better but you cant compare them with tata photon and reliance net connect plus . Tata has a stable speed but their monthly tariffs are very high where as bsnl is just charging rs650 with unlimited downloading, where as speed does vary and its not stable.. but still bsnl is a good option... and i am sure in coming few months they will be upgrading all the towers and then we all will get the constant speed.. cheers! manavRead More
