My parents are frequent fliers and have travelled the world in different airlines. You must be a great fan of Malaysian Airlines, however, this was their expereince. Also, leg room greatly depends on whether the seat you get to sit is in the middle or at the back. I happen to be a proud owner of a FORD IKON 1.6 SXI, one of the first few which were rolled out in that year. I was completely in love with my car untill couple of years back when I bought my latest car an Accent GVS. Now my IKON is being driven by my brother.
Its been 6 years since I have the ca...r but to tell you the truth, have never faced the problems which unfortunately you did. The AC till date is working fine and trust me, it has never had a gas top up even though it is used every day when it is hot.
Also, I get my car serviced and repaired at South City Ford, Mathura Road, Delhi who are fantastic dealers and have very well trained staff.

You are right. In fact, all consumers should benefit from someone's bad experiences and come together so that these things do not happen again. Imagine going on a famliy vacation after couple of years and having to come back the same day. It can really break you up.
