WIPRO BPO pune is absolute non - sense.Located at hinjewadi. If your planning to join it be prepared to finish half of your life in the pickup and drop cab since your 9 hour shift will become a 14 hour shift.As you have to get up 2 hours before the pickup since it will take arnd 1 hr to reach wipro ...from your home and the drop will be talking 2 and a half hours for you to reach home if you dont find traffic in evening. dear pauljose, Thanks for your post reply.Just to clarify that HOV services are International BPO call center.Please refer to www.hovservices.com for more details.I would say that 9K is not so bad however its just on paper and the salary being offered is only arnd 4k, so i believe that the salary is... much lower than even a domestic call centers. Also as you might know that the company is being paid in hrs for call talking and a guy working in a call center would realize that ppl go crazy hearing to calls day and night so the salary , they go so crazy that while they are fast asleep they are saying opening tags of call taking in their sleep,so i guess they should be offered according to the standards of employee satisfaction.Companies benefit themselves at the cost of employees. Yes i rightly agree that the clients would move to Philippines because of the instability of the guys in here. However am sure you would agree that the companies should keep on offer benefits, renumeration packages etc such that the employees dont shift after 1-2 months, but partially you are very correct.
