HOV Serviecs Ltd(formerly known as Bay Area Credit Services) ** *is an absolute NO NO for people looking for jobs in call centres.
Its not a call center but FALSE center. Surely you would want to know the details of it before joining.I had been with this firm only for 2 days just to my horor, here is my exp. that I would like to share across with you guys
InterviewThe interview is conducted as though the organization is more professional than big brand sofware/IT companies.It will last for more than 3-4 hours.As in HR round, V&A round ops round. During the interview the employers will only be concerned about the fact that how long are you ready to stick to them, this implies that many ppl leave the organization since no employee benefits are provided.
OfferThe interviewer will not ask you anything about your salary expectations and straight away offer you a salary which is less than any peon in a company.Its like they offer you package of Rs.9, 000 p.m. where in for initial 3 months you will get only Rs.4, 900 p.m. in hand and after you complete these 3 months that is the OJT period you willl receive the difference amount of the package you are offered i.e. for 3 months you cannot cover the cost of transportation and food since the company does not provide transport to the employees no matter how far you stay or food. So you are left with no savings at the end of month.
No transportation provided. The company wants to keep self so safe and want to make employees work for just few Rs. as they want to play it safe and take no interest in employee satisfaction.
Training and HOV as an organization I attended the training for 2 days just to realize that the work enviornment is absolute non sense wherein people are speaking in regional languages, infact they also have ppl who cannot speak English while some of them are coming in chappals and sandals.The walking lobby is smaller than an average living room of a house where in many employees pour in and no place to even sit in the lobby area.The receptionist at this time is so busy that any one calling the board number simply can hear the phone being hung up as soon as it answered.The company is located on the 3rd floor of a extremely busy facility building, so if you take the lift you have to wait for sometime and then scrambble yourself between other people to reach top, the lift door opens at the reception of the firm for you to find 100's of ppl waiting to either get in the lift or log in time.
Its untolerable.With this I would rate HOV Serviecs Ltd(Bay Area Credit Services) as the worst call center.
And would suggest fellow prospective employees not to try for this one here, unless you really wanted to waste some days of your earning month and have a terrible experience which I already had.
