Got a damaged product delivered and was promised an exchange. Several mails, reminders but no response except their acknowledgement of inconvenience caused to me. Had used and advocated toy friends about Urban Ladder products. Recently have received a faulty and damaged product from UL which was promised an exchange. But to my dismay, I find them non responsive and only with false promises. I am asking for refund that also they are not responding back....Read more
