Got a damaged product delivered and was promised an exchange. Several mails, reminders but no response except their acknowledgement of inconvenience caused to me.
They have no clue and after a month or so with no revert have requested for money return, let's see if ever it happens. Pathetic service, was not like this before but I hope with time and with investors in hand this is what someone become.
