Same is going on with me..i placed an order of samsung laptop(delivery time-4 to 7 working days) on 26th march(LSB-949876) but still they have not even provided me with any kind of tracking id,that means they have still not dispatched the product..and when i called them regarding this,they said that... dere is delay due to some inventory audit..now thats not the way to deal with a prepaid customer..me and my family have used online shopping earlier too,we never faced any problems,this is my first time with letsbuy.com and i really wish and hope that this doesn't turns out to be the last time..even my dad wanted me to order some more electronics item including another laptop for my brother from letsbuy but i guess its wise to wait for the shippment of my order,and then proceed further..also,i dont believe in criticising widout a reason,so if letsbuy.com strives to make our shopping experience a pleasant one,i'll be more than happy.. regards..
