I placed an order of samsung laptop (delivery time-4 to 7 working days) on 26th march(LSB-949876) and paid in full through credit card but still they have not even provided me with any kind of tracking id, that means they have still not dispatched the product..and when I called them regarding this, they said that there is delay due to some inventory audit..since past two days I have been trying to get information regarding my order but all in vain, even I just talked to them right now but still no clue, all I want to know is why are they not dispatching my product, its already 5 days since I placed the order and there delivery time is 4-7 days, how is that possible..that's not the way to deal with a prepaid customer..me and my family have used online shopping earlier too, we never faced any problems, this is my first time with letsbuy.com becuse one of our family friends had a good experience with them, and I really wish and hope that this doesn’t turns out to be the last time..even my dad wanted me to order some more electronics item including another laptop for my brother from letsbuy but I guess its wise to wait for the shipment of my order, and then proceed further..


also, I don't believe in criticizing without a reason, so if letsbuy.com strives to make our shopping experience a pleasant one, I’ll be more than happy and keep this post updated regarding any future development..
