Hi I wanted to inform all the readers of mouthshut that, I got a call from Letsbuy teams on the same day of writing the review here. The guy on the phone listened carefully and apologetic for incovenience. He actually solved the problem within an hour and got the product shipped same day. Product... is in transit currently and should be delivered withing couple of days as per Courier company. I would like to say thank you to Pawan who took ownership and resolved the issue promptly.
