I placed an order for a mobile 'Samsung Wave 525 S5253 (Metallic Black)  Free: 8GB Memory Card Worth Rs 2000' with Order No: LSB-361893 on 6/9/2011.    I paid the full amount in advance through net banking and payment was confirmed  immediately. It's been 5 days now, still order status shows 'Ready to  Ship'.


I wrote an email to customer care and there was no reply. When I contacted on phone, they said "product is out of stock and THEY MAY SHIP IT NEXT WEEK IF IT COMES IN WAREHOUSE".


I don't understand, if they did not have product in warehouse why they permitted booking online. They even charged in advance (COD was not available for this) for a product which they even did not had in stock.
