One gentleman (Mr.Anshumanmaini) has suggested to buy locally.. i would say if a company has put up a service online they are bound to be operational. The Same day on Saturday 7th Jan 2012 i got an executive who visited my place, who then got me in touch with the Regional Manager for his reasoning. I pointed out the substandard method used to pack the ’Polisher’ and the ’Activated Carbon Trap’ for which he explained that the product are sourced... from different regions and it would be difficult for a ’Big MNC’ to go back and spend for the packing...Here i am worried coz both the parts come in the filtration process. They ask us not to touch the section where the water gets collected once filtered, but they are not ready to take precaution to safe guard the part that actually filters the water in first place. I am clue less about ’the cost is important’ or ’the claim to provide clean water is important’... I am ready to pay for the charges for getting the parts well packed.. If a printer cartridge which has nothing to do with health is still packed in a tetra pack why not a filter part that is directly connected to a persons health need any reason. OK so we have a Low Cost Filter does that mean we are entitled for an explanation which can lead to health issue. Can somebody tell me the cost that would be incurred to pack the same kit would be for an MNC. ... What can i say.. i am impressed.. Vodafone did give me a refund ... but the thing is i am scared to use my #3G broadband connection thinking about the steep price they charge.. for my problem i did get a positive result... Thank you Vodafone..

Yesterday 20th Jul 2011, i got a call from the billing department informing me about the unbilled amount.. When i informed them about my previous months bill they said they would get back to me.. Initially they offered me a 1GB free in the july cylce .. when i informed them that 1GB is in no compari...son to the monetary loss of Rs.8000 that i hv suffered due to the negligence of their staff, thats when the representative informed me that since the payment has already been made its not possible to adjust the amount, for which i aksed them that, IS vodafone telling me that i should’nt hv paid the billed amount in the first place.. she was tongue tied...later in the night they offered a reversal towards the excess amount and claimed it would be adjusted in the next month bill.. now how they do it i need to check for which i hv to wait and watch...Read More
