I think you didn't even bother to read my comment above which clearly states that I had contacted my bank authority in this regards. They confirmed 2 successful payments. Plus I DID MAIL YOU PDF copy of my account statement showing double debit '5 TIMES' (13th Oct, 22nd Oct, 29th Oct, 19th Nov and 2...9th Nov) as I was requested by your CC executives. And I want to clear one more thing that during these 2 months (Oct-Nov & Nov-Dec) I never get any call from your side. Every single time I had to call and explain my story again and again like a parrot to each and every CC executive. You never showed that you want to resolve this issue ASAP (you took 2 months just to say 'Sorry We Got Only One Payment'). And now when I've put a negative review in Mouthshut.Com you want to resolve it ASAP?? Thanks but No Thanks. I don't need any money from you or my bank. Because these 400 bucks cant compensate my time, my efforts, my phone calls or mental stress that I had gone through.Read More

My bank confirmed there were 2 successful transactions(debits)..Anyway how would you explain your pathetic behavior with me? I was asked 5 times to send the same e-mail (screenshots of account statements) i.e. 13th Oct, 22nd Oct, 29th Oct, 19th Nov and 29th Nov to orders.verification@yebhi.com. They are irresponsible..They misplace your things..they can't find things after misplacing them..they can't explain how things gone wrong..they can't do anything..they are useless!! Please use local mail service rather than using their services.

Yeah it sucks a big time..I ordered an expensive CASIO wrist watch from Pepperfry.com. This site hired DTDC to deliver my watch. DTDC lost my wrist watch and put a fake delivery status. Every time I called DTDC office I've been told a new story..a new lie..no one actually helped to resolve this issu...e..they all are useless and irresponsible..I got a huge discount from Pepperfry.com and thus I ordered this wrist watch. Though they have refunded my money after struggling for 3 weeks but did they actually compensated my all time, effort, mental tension, discount coupon and my talktime that I've wasted on calling to DTDC/ Pepperfry a hundred time?? Next time when I'll order anything online I'll definitely make sure that they won't deliver through DTDC.Read More

I would also like to give a suggestion to DTDC that they should hire reliable and honest staff as its matter of their reputation. Do not let your reputation being spoiled by your carelessness and fraud of your staff specially the courier guys. WAKE UP!!

I would like to suggest Pepperfry that they shouldn't take their customers for granted. They must confirm (through e-mail, phone call or feedback) that THE CUSTOMER HAS ACTUALLY GOT THE PRODUCT after getting delivery confirmation from the courier service. I GOT MY REFUND..but not from Pepperfry.But from the courier service i.e. DTDC. It was DTDC that is responsible for the missing product and fake delivery status. DTDC did not clear the whole picture to me as how the product got lost and how they set the delivery status as 'DELIVERED'. But I'm 110% s...ure that the courier guy usurped the wrist watch and now he has been fired from DTDC. Anyway I got my money back and now its between Pepperfry and DTDC. I dont care!!Read More
