We have paid around Rs 1950 to renew the annual maintenance contract (no:15137) on 8th June 2012, based on MORF money minded marketing person, request.
We are facing lot of problem with MORF water purifier, including the leakage at the bottom, Frequent not working condition of motor, UV - not working etc.Later we understood that MORF is importing very cheap material from China and cheating the local people in India. MORF membranes are withstanding for not even, one year.
1) Earlier we have renewed the annual contract worth of Rs 4000/- (including the change of membrane), but surprisingly MORF engineer taken away the original membranes from the water purifier, replaced with "Serviced/ conditioned Membranes" claiming that the removed membranes will be re-conditioned and used for other innocent customer.
My simple question is, If we "outright" purchase of MORF water purifier, how the hell, MORF is claiming the ownership of membranes.
2) This year we have renewed with Rs 1950/-, now MORF is claiming that membranes are not included in the Annual maintenance. Only for outside cleaning the water purifier (2 times in a year), we have to pay Rs 1950. Don't cheat public. We are not paying this amount for even for our "Toilet Cleaning".

Deploying inexperienced service personnel.
Using China's cheap quality material.
