We Stayed at the ridgeway cottage at kotagiri and its really awesome. I agree. I have placed an order for the book its already 6 days and haven't received it till now. This was a small purchase I did to validate the Quality of service and Now I am not going to make any transactions on rediff.com. Worst is that they don't have any toll free custome rnumber where you ca...n call and ask the details of the order. I know, they have online order tracking but its just useless, it shows the same status since day one. Horrible is the one word to describe rediff shopping experience. -SunilRead More
