Suggest you take this up with the Insurance Company who issued the policy at the highest levels. TTK is just the TPA and their mandate is obviously to make less payments!

Oh and I also forgot to mention that there were other families at the TPA desk also desperately trying to get the approvals! I think the problem is more if you have taken the insurance online from some small city like Lucknow, where TTK does not have an office and then you take treatment in Mumbai!

Swill, you were lucky to get the claim. I guess that as it was due to an accident, they could not ask any unnecessary questions. But even if you did get the claim, shouldn't the process be easier for the patient and his family... after all the patient is sick, his family is tense and the last thing ...one needs is a cold-hearted, insensitive TPA to add to one's woes. Why don't ICICI Lombard and the TPA's realise that there are genuine people out there who do fall sick and are not out to cheat them! I have never been so frustrated in my life!Read More

Having heard about 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' since 2002, it was only natural that I would go and watch it! The film had been with Zee in 2002 and though I was a bit surprised by the UTV presentation, I assumed that keeping in line with the uncertainities in the film industry, the producers must have ch...Read more

I had the same experience. Their marketing agents are most polite, but once the sale is done, we get to see the true face of SBI cards! Their collection agents are rude and abusive, and can't differentiate between a sincere guy who wants to pay but is temporarily in a tight spot, and a thief. Then a...fter a lot of phones, etc SBI's customer service guy promised me settlement at a particular amount and accordingly a guy came and collected the cheque and left saying that the settlement letter would arrive by post. I should have know better. I got the next statement showing some o/s. Of course I refused to pay and emails and registered letters later, they wrote off the amount. They still sent me statements for 15 Rs. and so, which I ignored and now those b*%$#@*s have stopped. SBI Cards is the WORST.Read More

thanks rohit! and reviews don't actually affect a film's commercial performance... Case in point - Khalid Mohammed's review on 'Malamaal Weekly' in DNA where he rips the film - and the film is a SUPER HIT...! I have not yet seen the film but I am sure that it must be quite funny! Will catch it soon!

Thank you for taking the reviews in the right spirit! This site is one where we can be ourselves... and rohit and me may think alike but rest assured we are different (look at the pictures!) and we have not even met!

I have already commented on this on superdoc's review. But the beauty of mouthshut is that you can always write a good review too if you like the film. I don’t think a review on mouthshut ever kills a movie! And unlike 'superdoc' I had a normal day at the office! And I didn’t like the mo...vie. There was a comment on superdoc's review that crores are spent on movies. I am aware of this and would like to clarify that it is precisely because CRORES are spent on movies that one feels so strongly when they make crap with the crores! In this age when even television offers better comedy (Office-Office is a thousand times funnier than this film), one should be careful how one invests one’s crores, because the audience is investing their money and time too...Read More

The film's structure is not completely linear plus the story is not the usual. If Saif Ali Khan had not been in the film, the film would mainly have been seen at festivals.

Not that I am an expert on films by Claude Chabrol... But 'Being Cyrus' is truly in the film noir genre that directors like Chabrol, Hitchcock developed into a fine art.
