Thanks Himanshu, I agree that service can be bad on a busy day. But there is something called professionalism, I certainly expect an apology and not a joke if there is a delay and an incorrect order.

I agree the phone is really great, but i got it for Rs 8,500 from Subhiksha Mobile on the 3rd of october and the company showroom was selling it for much more... The only thing that I do not like about this phone is that you cannot switch of the camera shutter noise....
