Oh, yeah. I had the same experience but in a different city. So its clear that their standards are same all over. I was sent a courier on 10th Jan from Hyderabad and it was supposed to me by 12th to my house in Pune. When I called the customer care they said that the courier was sent back to Hyderabad on 14th saying that the door is locked! what a pathetic service, they don't even try to deliver it bit just send it back? and on top, she says that she can't do anything cause the shipment is not in pune! I have always used Blue dart who leaves a note if they see that no one answers the bell also they turn up at the door at least two times but these DTDC guys are pathetic. I have never used DTDC. will never use it also will suggest all my friends not to even try approching DTDC better is the EMS sevice of Postal department. When I didn't receive the post and I called them then I got it the next day.Read More

Dear Mr Siddhartha, I am glad at least you wrote a comment. I am not sure how seriously it will be considered. they have come yesterday to my place and said that its an adapter issue and not turned up till now. If I call the manager Deepak (don't know which manager), he doesn't take my calls. T...he technician simply raises his hands and says that he can't do anything till he gets an adapter. what is this? They don't have an adapter with them also in the office? what nonsense is this? I have spent more than 3 hours on phone calls so far. I have stayed at home for four days so far taking leave waiting for these technicians. what kind of service is this? Just regretting will not help sir, there needs to be an action. Very True. SUCH A PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. I purchased this aqua sure nano from eureka forbes a month ago. It suddenly stopped working three days back. I calle dthe customer care and logged a complaint. I was told that I will be attened in 24-48 hours. Its been three days and no response from t...hem. I called the customer care again to get the status and so unfortunate to say that THE EXECUTIVE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE MANNERS TO TALK. He said that no technician is available so it can't be done. When I asked that its more then 3 days and asked the executive to talk in a nice manner. He said ''Thank you for calling eureka forbes'' and had cut the call. What the hell! I was surprised how the executives are not trained to attend the customers. I called three times today to customer care and they have kept me on hold for more than 8 minutes and at the end said that they can't help. I couldn't even get some senior's number so that I could escalate the issue.
