When I called the call centre to send their technician, after the visit and health check of AC technician say we need to change the entire manual controller but to change with new one we need to take the older controller which was not a trust worthy answer from him, when i asked him to note down model no and get me one I am ready to pay the charges he say Sir unless you gives us the manual controller which is in use we cannot get you another one. I was surprised to hear this stupid reply of his and replied to technician that if you cant get me new AC controller without taking the older one i don't need any assistance from you guys as in today's date we cannot trust any technician whether he will actually get us new for replacement or he will repair our older spare parts and proof us to be as newly purchased and not second hand or used.I do not understand that what is happend with today's technician are they not capable enough on their skills and knowledges they have, and on the top of that they are spoiling Voltas company's name. i hope company will see my comments and will take necessary action.Read More

I do not understand why do people copyright of others choices and convenience themself to go for Maruti Wagon R, let consider this car to be a low maintenance model car, However the external parts of body are too delicate and costly and we only realize when we come across with an incident i.e Car Bu...mper, front fearing connecting to Head lights for stylish look which is actually not. As far as my suggestion is concerned if people have mentality of being a comfortable car for 5 person then they are wrong sorry to say this coz you can only judge the comfortness of any car when you practically experience 3 people sitting on back seat specially your stuck up in Mumbai traffics.Read More
