I have a 1 Ton Voltas Window AC installed in my bedroom which was sufficient enough and was working absolutely fine for 4 years without any hardware issue since the usage was very minimal maybe, after sometime it started giving me cooling issue which I got it rectified, then AC remote suddenly stopped working, somehow that started working, then all of sudden manual controller to operate AC stopped functioning. When I called the call centre to send their technician, after the visit and health check of AC technician say we need to change the entire manual controller but to change with new one we need to take the older controller which was not a trust worthy answer from him, when I asked him to note down model no and get me one I am ready to pay the charges he say Sir unless you gives us the manual controller which is in use we cannot get you another one.
I was surprised to hear this stupid reply of his and replied to technician that if you cant get me new AC controller without taking the older one I don't need any assistance from you guys as in today's date we cannot trust any technician whether he will actually get us new for replacement or he will repair our older spare parts and proof us to be as newly purchased and not second hand or used.I do not understand that what is happend with today's technician are they not capable enough on their skills and knowledge they have, and on the top of that they are spoiling Voltas company's name. I hope company will see my comments and will take necessary action.
