@Kam735 I'm not being negative on a one-off incident. The company's focus has changed from providing good business to just 'growth' and raising funds for this growth. In the process they are forgetting basics. An online portal making the customer complain too often and goofing up on customer care t...oo much. A tech savvy customer who can shop online can also check the reputation of the company online. this is not the only site I've shopped from. Flipkart was the poster boy of online retail business. unlike lots of other portals, it held promise of real entrepreneurship and business acumen and leadership. It was not like a me-too business. the woman on the phone was definitely rude and slammed the phone down.But the security person, though didnt allow us to go inside the gate, asked the attendant to put the application inside the box, which was already removed.(we were late).(They dont let srangers inside for obvious reasons) We got... a call and they were very friendly and patient.My kid got admission there, and there never been a rude or unfriendly behaviour from them except the first one over phone. Montessori te achers are approachable and cooperative. From other comments on this topic, there seems to be complaints. But no school or workplace is perfect. There are black sheep everywhere inspite of the screening. i have heard abt issues between teachers and parents.
